Ibhongo Lama Afrika was founded by two Directors
with a sole intention of enterprise development. The
company has been strategically through engaging
with key stakeholders such as training providers
who are specifically focused on business
development.
The target audience are self-employed individuals
and unemployed, with an emphasis on youth with
innovative business ideas.
The main aim is to partner with the communities involved in the
mainstream of the economic activities within their respective towns
and cities, but more specifically to establish or revive the income
generating activities with a structured development engagement.
OVERVIEW
Ibhongo Lama Afrika aims to support Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises
(SMMEs) through a structured incubation program, ongoing blitz training
programs, accounting & compliance, grants & tools of trade, and coaching &
mentoring. As part of our strategy, the implementation plan outlines the
recruitment process through stakeholder engagement, training, coaching,
funding assistance, incubation and post- incubation phases.
Our team includes leading specialist in each field required in supporting growth and
development of business, with excellent management and leadership skills.
Transfer of skills is the essence of our livelihood and we perform our duties with
